- Battery replaced.
- Due to recent power issues, data was lost for the following
time period:
01/02/2013 (d=002) 0305 - 01/04/2013 (d=004) 1100
- Marked Wind Speed as "missing" for the following
time period:

of previous wind speed data that appeared to be incorrect
was removed from the MAWN data archive - wind speed data
that was reported during the following time period was
removed:

- Recent telecommunication troubles were corrected by
replacing the datalogger.
- Recent datalogger troubles were corrected by replacing
battery - battery and logger failure led to missing data
during the following time period:
01/09/09 (d=009) 15:05 - 01/23/09 (d=023) 1430
- Haven't been able to collect data from this station
since 15:00 on 01/09/09. Recently, the LoggerNet
software has been able to connect to the station,
but hasn't been able to collect. Some strange
errors in the LoggerNet logs lead me to believe
the program may have become corrupt and therefore,
will reload MAWN program. The battery is still
low (12.05V) and may need to be replaced.
- Loaded MAWN Program - ABCW (3-hour power cycle) [1605]
- Replaced wireless broadband modem

faulty data being introduced. Removed all faulty
data. The loss of power also introduced a gap in
the dataset.
- Loaded MAWN Program, ABCF (hourly power cycle) [10:05]
- Replaced data logger (CR10X) [12:30]
- Replaced battery [12:55]

charge from the solar panel. Corrected by:
- replacing battery
- replacing power supply
- work done at 10:45 (day=222).
- system back on-line at 11:00 (day=222)
- Recent power issues between the cell-modem and the datalogger
has introduced several faulty data entries in both the raw
data file and MAWN database entries for Grand Junction. As
these data values can not be trusted, the following five-minute
entries and assocated hourly and daily values have been removed:
Day=201 (07/20): 1835, 2005, 2235, 2305
Day=202 (07/21): 0905, 1005, 1135, 1205, 1505, 1535

Day=213 (08/01): 1230, 1235
- Power issues have led to several faulty data entries. In an
attempt to resolve, the battery and power supply for the
datalogger at Grand Junction were replaced today at 1230.
- Will have to continue to monitor for additional troubles.
- Datalogger Replacement:
- Occassional power problem was introducing faulty or
missing data (05/09/07, 06/26/07). Datalogger was
replaced and MAWN program (ABCS) was loaded.
- Replacement of logger introduced a period of missing
data (07/11/07 12:25 - 07/11/07 13:00).
- Sensor Replacement:
- Replaced old CS615 Soil Moisture sensors with new CS616
sensors (both Mstr0 and Mstr1).
- Datalogger Program Modification:
- Datalogger progam "mawn_abcs" loaded and compiled.
- Data collection configured to upload every 30 minutes.

- General Station Maintenance and System Checks:
- weed removal and application of Round-Up above soil temps
- Leaf Wetness A (standard 1-m mount) replaced.
- Soil Temperature (2-in) data was found to be in error due to
faulty sensor. Sensor was replaced on July 12, 2002. The
following data values were marked as "missing":

06/02/2001 00:00 - 07/13/2002 00:00
- Soil Temp A: 2-inch under sod, east of tower.
- Soil Temp B: 4-inch under sod, east of tower.
- Time of installation: Day=193, Obs Time=14:30
- Moved Precipitation and Temp/RH sensors. Needed to
relocate the sensors sensitive to irrigation outside
of the blueberry plot. Sensors were moved to north
and slightly west of the station:
Distance estimate: sensors to station: 43 paces (129 feet)
Distance estimate: shed to station: 28 paces (84 feet)
- Installed Pressure sensor. However, no changed made
to datalogger program so pressure is currently not
being recorded.
- GPS Readings:
Lat: 42.400577062
Lon: 86.074038018
Alt: 205.681
- Daylight Savings Time Ended on Day=301, Time=200.
- Time of Obs were modified by one hour (subtracted)
from Day=301, Time=200 through Day=305, Time=005.
- Daylight Savings Time Started on Day=91, Time=200.
- Time of Obs were modified by one hour (added) from
Day=91, Time=200 through Day=92, Time=1515.
Observation Times, including times of max/mins
were modified.
- Daylight Savings Time Ended on Day=303, Time=200.
- Time of Obs were modified by one hour (subtracted)
from Day=303, Time=200 through Day=307, Time=0005.
Only Observation Times were modified, not times of
Maxs and Mins. Users will need to take that into
consideration when using this data.
